At Betel Gifts, we are committed to offering high-quality handmade products and exceptional customer service. Due to the artisanal nature of our creations, each item is uniquely crafted with care and may feature slight variations in color or craftsmanship.

Please take a moment to review our policy regarding returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, or missing items.

Product Disclaimer

Our products are handmade, and slight variations are a natural result of this process. These subtle differences—such as minor blemishes, color shifts, or loose threads—add to the charm and individuality of each piece. We take every measure to ensure your order is packed securely, but due to the delicate nature of our items, minor imperfections may occur during shipping. These can often be resolved with a small fix, such as a touch of glue.

Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.

Required Evidence

To help us resolve issues quickly and fairly, we request a brief non stop/no edit video and photos of the unboxing process as proof:

  • Start recording before opening the box

  • Clearly show the unopened package with our shipping label

  • Record while unpacking, showing any visible damage or defects

Failure to provide this evidence may limit eligibility for return, exchange, or refund.

Resolution Options

Eligible items must be unused and in the original condition. A 40% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item was incorrect or defective.

We offer the following options upon review:

  • Replacement: If the item is in stock, we’ll send a replacement at no cost

  • Store Credit: Use it toward a future purchase on our website

Lost or Misplaced Packages

Once an order is handed off to USPS/UPS, they assume responsibility for safe delivery. If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier. While we’re happy to assist with documentation, Betel Gifts is not liable for carrier errors.

Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong item, size, or color, contact us within 48hours of delivery.
We may request:

  • Photo/video proof

  • Return of the incorrect item (we’ll provide a prepaid label)

If the return is not received, we reserve the right to reverse any refund or charge for the replacement.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Used products

  • Seasonal and festive décor (e.g., garlands, diyas) unless damaged

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the issue is our fault, we cover return shipping

  • If the return is by customer choice, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Return labels and return address will be provided after return is approved

Important: Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Processing Times

  • Store Credit: Issued within 7-14 business days of receiving your return

  • Replacements: Shipped within 7–14 business days after item is received
